Anthony Palladino
SENIOR DIRECTOR
Anthony serves as a Senior Director with IPA, focusing on multifamily investment sales throughout the Portland MSA and southwest Washington State. Since joining IPA in 2020, Anthony has closed more than 20 transactions totaling nearly $1 billion in volume.
Prior to IPA, Anthony specialized in institutional multifamily investment sales and equity placement at Holiday Fenoglio Fowler (HFF), where he was part of deal teams that completed approximately $4 billion in transactions across nearly 70 sales and equity raises. Earlier in his career, he served as a Senior Analyst, leading valuation efforts on more than 500 multifamily assets and developing a deep, property-level understanding of investor decision-making.
Anthony holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon with double majors in Finance and Economics. He is a recipient of Marcus & Millichap’s Sales Recognition and Sales Incentive Awards and is consistently recognized as a CoStar Power Broker.
