Anthony Palladino

Anthony joined IPA in 2020 and serves as a Vice President in IPA’s Seattle office and focuses on the Portland MSA and south Washington State multifamily market. Prior to joining the IPA Seattle, Anthony had notable experience in the Portland multifamily advisory space, specializing in institutional investment sales and equity placement transactions.

During his tenure, Anthony was part of a deal team that facilitated $3.5B total volume across nearly 50 institutional investment sales and equity raise transactions in the Pacific Northwest.

Additionally, Anthony has accumulated significant multifamily analysis experience, conducting valuation analyses on 410 individual assets for clients in the Portland MSA, totaling over $16.5 billion in concluded value.
