Our team represents IPA in the Pacific Northwest and specializes in the sale of multifamily assets and development sites throughout the region with over 70 years of combined experience. Philip and Giovanni joined forces in 2004 to create a team that would deliver preeminent advisory services to institutional and private clients. Committed to integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic, we have expanded our team’s presence in eastern Washington, Portland, and Boise by adding highly experienced brokers.

Since 2015, our team has listed and sold multifamily assets and urban infill development sites totaling over $5.3 Billion and is recognized as market leaders in the Pacific Northwest. As the longest-tenured team in the region, our deep roots and extensive experience uniquely position us to navigate the complexities of the real estate market.

We specialize in the exclusive representation of multifamily owners in property dispositions and selected buyers in property acquisitions. Our consultation services encompass asset valuation, buy/sell strategies, and market analysis. Leveraging our expertise along with modern technological capabilities, we provide a streamlined, professional service for our clients.

In 2018, our team joined IPA in their Seattle office, catering to institutional and major private investors. Over the years, our team has grown to include five brokers, a business operations manager, two analysts, and a skilled marketing team. We are also supported by IPA’s robust technology platform and highly regarded research, further enhancing our ability to deliver unparalleled services to our clients.
