Nick Ruggiero

Nick joined IPA in 2019 as an Analyst and currently serves as a Director in the Seattle office. He has been directly involved in the marketing and disposition of over $5 billion in multifamily asset and portfolio sales, including transactions involving both entitled and unentitled development sites.

Nick brings a highly analytical, execution-focused approach to each assignment, having conducted valuation analyses on more than 700 multifamily assets with a concluded value exceeding $34 billion. His experience spans underwriting, market research, financial modeling, and transaction coordination across the Pacific Northwest.

Prior to joining IPA, Nick gained brokerage and research experience with First Western Properties and First American Properties. He is regularly recognized as a CoStar Power Broker in the Seattle MSA and is valued for his market knowledge, data-driven insight, and client-focused advisory style.
