Nick Ruggiero

Nick joined IPA in 2019 and serves as a Senior Associate in IPA’s Seattle office. He joined the IPA team as an Analyst and has since been heavily involved in the research and underwriting process of multifamily investment properties to help facilitate the disposition of over $2B of real estate. While at IPA, Nick has also been actively involved in the development of robust financial models focused on ground-up development. His expertise in financial analysis, granular market research, and commercial property valuation encompasses the skillset needed to provide clients with the highest level of real estate services.

Before joining IPA, Nick served as an intern with a top-producing brokerage team at First Western Properties. His time at First Western Properties enabled him to gain a strong understanding of the Puget Sound commercial real estate market through ArcGIS and financial analysis. Prior to his time at First Western Properties, he served as an intern at First American Properties, primarily involved in market research across multiple asset classes and trade areas.
