Melissa Fleming

Melissa is the Business Operations Manager in IPA’s Seattle office and oversees the marketing and transaction coordination for the team. With nearly two decades of commercial real estate experience in the Seattle area, Melissa is a licensed broker who has spent eight years working with the IPA team. Initially, she played a significant role in underwriting, leveraging her accounting and property management background.

Before joining IPA, Melissa held the position of Director of Operations at Affinity Real Estate Management in Tacoma, Washington, where she was instrumental in the company's establishment and early growth. During her time there, she collaborated closely with the company's President, actively participating in various aspects of Affinity's operations. This included procuring new sites, managing properties, and leasing the company's real estate portfolio.

Melissa is also a Notary Public in Washington State.
