Giovani Napoli
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Giovanni serves as Executive Director in IPA’s Seattle office and co-leads the firm’s Pacific Northwest multifamily platform with Philip Assouad. He brings over two decades of experience advising institutional and private clients on the sale of multifamily assets and urban infill development sites.
Giovanni began his commercial real estate career at Marcus & Millichap in 2004, where he formed a long-standing partnership with Philip Assouad and earned multiple Top Selling and Top Listing Agent awards. He later served as Senior Vice President at Kidder Mathews, focusing on multifamily and development transactions throughout the Puget Sound region and earning the firm’s Big Hitter Award in consecutive years, including achieving the No. 1 ranking in investment sales across all product types.
Since rejoining IPA in 2019, Giovanni has been an annual recipient of IPA Circle of Excellence and NAA awards and is consistently recognized as a CoStar Power Broker in the Seattle MSA.
