Yasasvyi Dandamudi

Yasasvyi joined IPA in 2021 and serves as the Senior Financial Analyst in IPA’s Seattle Office. Her responsibilities encompass overseeing the team's underwriting processes and contributing to market research and growth trend analysis. Since joining IPA, Yasasvyi has successfully evaluated multifamily assets amounting to over $1 billion in volume.

Prior to joining IPA, Yasasvyi completed internships at renowned institutions. At Goldman Sachs, she worked as an investment banker within their Financial Institutions Group. Additionally, she gained valuable experience as an intern at Exit Partners, a boutique firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions in Dallas. These diverse experiences have provided her with a solid foundation in acquisitions, research, and financial modeling.
