Philip Assouad
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Philip serves as Executive Director in IPA’s Seattle office and co-leads the firm’s Pacific Northwest multifamily advisory platform alongside Giovanni Napoli. With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Philip brings deep underwriting expertise, strategic positioning insight, and a long-standing track record in multifamily investment sales.
Philip began his career at Marcus & Millichap in 2003, where he earned multiple Top Selling and Top Listing Agent awards before becoming a Senior Vice President at Kidder Mathews. There, he focused on multifamily assets and development sites throughout the Puget Sound region and was recognized with the firm’s Big Hitter Award in consecutive years, including ranking No. 1 in investment sales across all product types.
Since rejoining IPA in 2019, Philip has been a consistent recipient of IPA’s Circle of Excellence and NAA awards and is regularly ranked as a CoStar Power Broker in the Seattle MSA.
