Ryan Harmon

Ryan joined IPA in 2019 and serves as a Director in the firm’s Seattle office. He plays a key role in multifamily advisory assignments across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho, combining rigorous valuation analysis with hands-on transaction execution.

Ryan began his career at IPA as a financial analyst, working closely with senior leadership to develop underwriting tools, market intelligence, and disposition strategies that support institutional and private clients. He was promoted to Associate in 2021 and later to Director, expanding his responsibilities to business development and client advisory for both stabilized assets and development sites.

Prior to IPA, Ryan interned with MainStreet Property Group and First Republic Investment Management. He holds a degree in Finance from Santa Clara University. Ryan has received multiple internal sales recognition awards, CoStar Power Broker honors, and was named a Rising Star by Connect CRE and NAIOP in 2025.
