Philip, Giovanni, Ryan, and Sidney specialize in the sale of multifamily assets and development sites throughout the Pacific Northwest with more than 40 years of combined experience. Philip and Giovanni have been working as a team since 2005, with Ryan joining in 2012 and Sidney in 2015. Since 2015, they have listed and sold multifamily assets and urban infill development sites totaling $3 billion and are recognized as market leaders in the Pacific Northwest.
In 2018, our team joined IPA in the Seattle office and formed the NW Multifamily Group, catering to institutional and major private investors in the Northwest region. The NW Multifamily Group consists of four brokers, a Business Operations Manager, and a dedicated Marketing Coordinator. The team is supported by IPA’s robust technology platform and highly regarded research.

Sidney serves as Director in IPA’s Seattle Office. Sidney began working with Philip, Giovanni, and Ryan in 2015 while at Kidder Mathews. Sidney’s exceptional service, attentive listening, and strategic planning skills help his clients to be as successful as possible.
While at Kidder Mathews, Sidney quickly excelled and became Vice President in just three years. During his first year at Kidder Mathews, Sidney was awarded Rookie of the Year, recognizing him as the top first-year producer in the company in 2017. In addition, Sidney was the highest-grossing Rookie of the Year in the company’s history.
Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Sidney worked at Seagate Properties to strengthen his knowledge of apartment real estate investments, fine-tuning his ability to effectively and accurately underwrite multifamily properties and to value investment opportunities.
